Dont let the negative reviews sway you, I soaked them in a bath tub and just pushed them and worked them around in the water for 30 or so seconds and they fully developed, dry for an hour or so and wham bam good to go Id buy again

Bought 144 of these and didnt have any defects. Soak them in water and make sure to squeeze them so they really absorb all the water. They should start to rise before even drying. If they still dont rise just stretch them a bit until they do! After they get their form toss them in the dryer or let them sit in the sun until theyre dry :)
